Charming studio in Albufeira just a few minutes from the bar street, although it is in a very quiet residential area. The studio was tastefully decorated and is very functional. Kitchenette equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and has a TV (Smart), Nespresso coffee machine and WIFI. This apartment is located in a tourist complex, so our guests will be able to use the facilities that have a swimming pool and tennis court, as well as having a bar and a restaurant. This accommodation with air conditioning is characterized by its “Open Space” atmosphere. It has a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette and access to a balcony (south facing) overlooking the pool of the condominium. The living room has a queen size bed as well as a retractable bed for 1 person, a fully equipped bathroom, refurbished with bathtub. Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and the common areas of the condominium such as: outdoor swimming pool (with sun loungers), children's playground and tennis courts. Free parking next to the subdivision (but without the possibility of reservation). Oura Beach - 1.5 km The Strip - 800 meters Downtown Albufeira – 2 kms Located just 10 minutes from the historic center of Albufeira and 800 meters from the famous Strip. Shops nearby (walking). Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and the common areas of the condominium such as: outdoor swimming pool (with sun loungers), children's playground and tennis courts. Free parking next to the subdivision (but without the possibility of reservation). Oura Beach - 1.5 km The Strip - 800 meters Downtown Albufeira – 2 kms We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid: • From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros • Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros • “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros Rental services: • Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay • Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as: • For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys). • Additional deliveries of towels or other products. • Equipment repairs (due to negligence). • All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
