An independent two-story house (with 28 steps), where the living area is on the first floor. It features:
• 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed (160x200) – 2 single beds (90x200) and one with a bunk bed (90x190)).
• 2 renovated bathrooms equipped with a shower.
• Independent kitchen equipped with a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
• Separate living room and dining room.
• The house has an enormous terrace with city views, furnished with outdoor furniture. Access is via the kitchen.
• TV, WI-FI Internet, sound system, are some of the amenities this unique house has to offer to its guests.
• Street parking (free and/or paid) without the possibility of reservation.
• The maximum number of occupants allowed in any reservation is 6 people.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property.
