Excellent location in the resort as it is within walking distance of the shopping area and the swimming pools. It will also be the perfect accommodation for golf lovers.
Premium apartment located on the 1st floor with a balcony and superb views of the resort's gardens and pools. The property has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite (both with a double bed – 1 is kings’ size) and air conditioning. Dining room / living room decorated with style and refinement, has a fireplace, and has access to the south-facing balcony. The “Captain’s retreat” easily accommodates 4 people. The modern design kitchen has been completely renovated and has quality appliances, such as a washing machine and dryer, stove, oven, and “Nespresso” coffee machine.
50 'Smart TV with cable channels, WIFI, are some of the facilities that this beautiful apartment has to offer its guests.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property and facilities at the Vila Sol resort. Use of the swimming pools at Vila Sol Village and the golf course. Parking in front of the accommodation. Located just few meters from the shopping area where you can find bars, pubs, restaurants, among others. The accommodation is not suitable for meetings or parties of any kind. The house rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed on any reservation is 4 people.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
