Located at a short distance from the center of Portimão and a few minutes from Praia da Rocha, the building has only 4 floors (with elevator), a single apartment per floor and the D. All our check-ins are in person and usually between 4pm and 7pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.
* If you are arriving by plane, share your flight number and once you are ready to leave the airport, give us a call.
* If you are traveling by car give us always a call 1 hour before.
If you would like us to assist you with a private transfer from the airport to the property. Let us know.
We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

Rental services:

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment. -

Our large one-story apartment with about 130m2 was recently acquired and refurbished with all the necessary comfort for a family holiday. Equipped American kitchen, broadband WIFI and private parking are some of the amenities of our so called “President” accommodation.
