Situated in one of the quietest areas of Praia da Rocha, just a few minutes from the beach and Portimão. Our large one-story apartment with about 130m2 was recently acquired and refurbished with all the necessary comfort for a family holiday. Equipped American kitchen, broadband WIFI and private parking are some of the amenities of our so called “President” accommodation.
It can accommodate up to 6 people (2 double beds, 1 single bed and a sofa bed). Smart TV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, frozen fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and other appliances. South-west facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Outdoor swimming pool (1 for adults and 1 for children).
Guests will have exclusive access to the property and the condominium's private parking.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
