The apartment is not suitable for gatherings or parties. We kindly ask that house rules are respected at all times.
By choosing to stay with us, you have selected a private property registered in Portugal as AL (Alojamento Local), not a hotel. Therefore, you will not find traditional hotel amenities or services. We appreciate you treating the space with the same care and respect as you would your own home.

ℹ️ Our check-in time is from 4:00 PM. For your convenience, this property allows you to check in independently. If you require in-person check-in with one of our staff members, a supplement of 25 euros will apply. For services after 7:00 PM: 45 euros.

🛎 Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay

⚠️ Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:

• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
• In-person check-in when the property allows guest to self-check-in

💲 A refundable deposit (if there is no serious damage) of 300 euros is requested, paid before check-in by credit card. The refund will be made after check-out, final cleaning and property inspection.

🛏️ The city requires all guests to pay the city tax fee of €2.00 per person/night, including children from 13 years old (up to a maximum of 7 nights) from Abril to October and €1,00 from Nov to March.
