OPTION A – 30% Commission (VAT included)

- Issuance of receipts for all reservations

- Submission of SAF-T file (**)
This is our most popular option, as it allows owners to be completely hands-off — we take care of everything!
(*) The owner receives the amount directly from Airbnb and Booking.com
(**) Mandatory SAF-T file submission to the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) by the 5th of each month.
My Algarve Rentals undertakes to generate the file monthly and send it to the owner or their accountant.
